Here are some beauty tips for us to weave naturally into our schedule to maintain youth and beauty for as long as we wish.<br/><br/>Step 1: Drink lots of water, this is basic but not many of us are really drinking enough everyday. Drinking at least eight glasses a day. Juice is considered as one of the eight glasses if you are on juicing. Water cleanses your body, it’s great for your skin and you stay more energetic.<br/><br/>Step 2: Nurture the habit of juicing. Juicing is great; the nutrients are absorbed into your system easier and faster. You can have a variety of vegetables and fruits for well-balanced nutrition in your juice which almost gives you instant energy. You should juice twice a day, once in the morning as your first drink of the day before breakfast and once in the evening before dinner.<br/><br/>Step 3: Most of us are very stressed out in the course of our work. Make attempt to be around with nature when you are stressed. Take a walk in the nearest park or even jog around for 30 minutes after your busy day. An animal or pet at home to play with helps to release your stress.<br/><br/>Steps 4: Running a salt bath or having a salt scrub will do wonder for your stress. It is believed salt has properties that can disintegrate negativity. That explains why people spend a day at the beach feel so relaxed after being in salt water. Your skin and face need to breathe too. Cleaning your face and body is the most basic of all skin care.<br/><br/>Step 8: If you find difficulties waking up in the morning, use a battery-operated eye massager on your eyes for a few minutes, it helps blood circulation and helps to look good on your eyes.<br/><br/>Step 9: Make effort to have a steam sauna once a week for a full body detoxification.<br/><br/>Step 10: Be consistent with the use of your skin care product: Cleanse, Tone, Nourish and Protect<br/></div>

Limited calories also means there is no toxic waste producing from our energy cells. This is why he states &#8220;We&#8217;re actually able to get the individual cells to live longer.&#8221;<br/><br/>&#8220;There are some risks&#8221;<br/><br/>Simply restricting your calories is not enough he says. After all, you can limit your calories by only eating a single Big Mac a day. Our Bodies need specific nutrients and if you&#8217;re not getting the proper amount of calcium for example, your bones will weaken. &#8220;There are factors to take into account.&#8221;<br/><br/>When the proper calorie restriction diet plan is followed, the aging process of some cells can actually be reversed. Tests have been done on many people who follow such a diet and find 50 year old men with the heart of a 30 year old.<br/><br/>Dr Oz stated that by simply consuming natural foods and a regular exercise ritual, we can extend our life by 20 years. 20 Years? Talk about anti aging!<br/><br/>Dr Oz also talked about the anti aging supplement Resveratrol. It is the main constituent of red wine and has shown to increase life expectancy by up to 50 percent! He also says in order to get the same effects from wine itself, you would have to drink over a dozen bottles a day.<br/></div>

You want to hear from real people who have really used these things, and have used them for a while. Do not believe what someone in a commercial, famous or not, has to tell you. You want to talk to real people.<br/><br/>Your best bet is to find a source for reviews of anti aging skin care products online somewhere. I wish there were more of these sites online. Though you may not be able to tell if all of the testimonials are real, as long as that site is not connected with those who produce the anti aging skin care products, you can relax and be assured that you are hearing from real folks. You can tell by how the person speaks and writes. After a while you know the difference between public relations writing and how really people talk about products.<br/></div>

Toast to Alcohol &#8211; Careful, this isn&#8217;t an excuse for you to feel good about the entire 40 oz. you just downed. Moderate drinking in this case was considered to be 1-14 glasses of wine or beers per week. Quit Smoking &#8211; This one is pretty self-explanatory, and if it applies to you, you clearly aren&#8217;t concerned with living a long, healthy life anyway.<br/><br/>From 1993 to 1997, British researchers gathered information and blood samples from 20,000 healthy men and women, giving them a score of between 0 and 4, based on how many of the above tips they followed.<br/><br/>After tracking the participants for over a decade, while accounting for age and other factors, the team found that the &#8220;0&#8243; people were four times as likely to have died during the course of the study.<br/><br/>Also, people with a perfect score of 4 were shown to have a shelf life of 14 years longer than their lowly &#8220;0&#8243; counterparts.<br/><br/>The number one lifestyle change for how to live longer was to quit smoking (big surprise!).<br/></div>
