I changed my diet to ALL natural NO refined sugar or table salt, food straight from farms and suddenly I felt SUPER energized so much I couldn’t rest then I felt ran down with a headache for 2or3 days (withdrawals from something im sure) and now I feel the best in my life and my face looks a few years younger from not eating fake CRAP, amazing.

No you’re right. Arthritis can only be treated through expensive pills and injections that cause MORE inflammation and damage than arthritis in the first place.Oh , and of course supporting corrupt pharmaceutical companies and backwards, overweight over-fed over-paid doctors who endose these awful drugs.

Feel your head. Arthritis can be ELIMINATED with proper natural foods and exercise.

    F**K pharmaceutical drugs.

Arthritis is basically just inflammation of the joints. There are foods that have more powerful anti-inflammatories than any drug out there.

”yes you can” heal arthritis with diet… big time, speak from experience… supplements can help along with it, once you have it under control you may not even need supplements… like fish oil and glucosamine with the msn and all that good stuff, i prefer buying vegetarian when it comes to supplements even though i’m not vegeterian… anyway, i don’t suffer from those symptoms anymore…

Treating arthritis with changes to diet? You really think you can ‘clear’ arthritis with changes to diet? … I really doubt that treating an autoimmune disease has anything to do with diet….

I switched to naturally decaffeinated teas… but sometimes I can’t avoid the caffeine if I want the best herbal teas… mmm… my favorite is goji berri green tea with matcha by Stash Premium teas… a lot of their stuff is organic, too.
