This is an innovative product that is based on the fermentation product of a probiotic lactic acid bacteria. Regretfully, the manufacturer never answered any of my numerous e-mail messages in which I was asking specific questions about the microorganisms they used for the production of their shampoo. I am not sure if the product’s pH (below neutral) is good for your scalp since many companies claim the neutral pH as less harmful for the scalp. The mentioned amino acids and various herb extracts one can find in many hair care products and are not scientifically proven to provide any particular benefits to individuals whose hair are “on the run” from their own scalp… .
