I have had my own experience having my dogs stay at kennels when I went out of town and my dogs always returned jumpy and jittery for the first couple of days after leaving the kennel. The best place for an animal to stay when its owner is away is where the animal is most familiar -- in its home. I have recently started my own pet sitting business and this book has been a tremendous help in doing so.
