Q & A


So i’m 16, i weigh 151 lbs and i’m 5′4.
I’m trying to get smaller thighs, arms, and boobs. And want to get rid of my love handles and lose weight in my stomach.
I already have big saggy boobs, and i want to get rid of that…
does anyone have any exercise tips or diet tips?
I don’t know that much about health and exercise :(
