This book has a variety of so called “Health Secrets”.
It gives good information on various subjects, and is
written in a concise easy to understand manner. I found
some useful self-help tips. I only gave it 4 stars as I
think it could offer more detail. I am not disatisfied;
but I bought a “used” copy, and am glad I didn’t pay
full new retail price.

This is pure fraud. They start out by using words like “it will”, but when you read further it becomes “could”. This is a collection of all the current fads that are out there and if you follow their advice,they might do something for you. Take the “”miracle molecule” that could make bypass surgery, angioplasty and blood pressure drugs obsolete. Yes, the good doctor did make several discoveries that show how thrombosites are involved in heart disease, but then then he goes into “fad ‘alternative medicine” as to how to help the circulatory system fight off such heart failures. It’s the same with all the other “amazing” cures. What a scam!

This book did not really give any good information. I was really disappointed, it tells you information but does not go into detail on remedies etc. So it really does not do what it advertises, Give you natural healing information.

This book has been highly advertised and creates an impression of extraordinary content. After reading about 30 randomly taken pages and not finding ANYTHING of real valuable content I decided to recycle it. Maybe I was expecting an in-deep, reasonable scientific articles and found that the book has about 2500 short articles of very shallow content, sometimes banal.
