Shipping was very quick and the product was as promised. Can’t beat it for the price. I use the bands with the P90X. No problems with any of them, comfortable grips, no complaints.

The price is reasonable, the product is exactly what I was looking for, and DANG! The shipping was extremely fast (we’re talking 2 days here!). The “exercise manual” is a single page (front and back) of suggested exercises, which I think might be overstating the manual aspect of it. But other than that, I am exceedingly pleased with my purchase.

It may seem a little premature to rate this product, since I have had it for just about a week. For this reason I cannot, at this time, know how durable the bands will be. On the other hand, I can safely say that the set seems to be very well built, with comrfortable handles attached to each band (believe me, having to switch handles during your exercise routine is not fun!). The bands also clearly show their different “weight” when I switch from one color to another. I have being using the bands daily and so far I am very happy with them. I definetely recommend this product and I will update this review if I have any more relevant information to add.

This says it is great for p90x,slimin6, insanity and cross fit.

But something at least that I missed, the band weights are:2-5 lbs, 5-8 lbs, 8-12lbs, 11-16 lbs, and 16-20 lbs. Which is great for people who have small muscles. Women rather firm than bulk.

Great price, but not what i wanted.
